- Completeness of Presentation: Measures whether the presentation provides the audience with a complete picture of a solution which could be implemented. Has the team presented enough information for an agency or group to implement this proposal?
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Humaneness: Measures the productive, positive, growth potential of the solution as presented. A score of 3 is neutral.
- Appropriate Use of Space: Measures the use of the area provided to the team for the presentation. Use of space in an imaginative way receives higher ratings.
- Communication of Ideas: Measures the verbal and nonverbal presentation of ideas, including the effective use of materials (props), dialogue, and nonverbal means (gestures, use of body) to convey the solution of the team.
- Creativity of Presentation: Measures the total creativity of the presentation in relation to other teams in the division.
- Involvement of Participants: Measures the use of all team members in an effective manner during the presentation.

Penalty points will he assessed for any of the following: - Presentation exceeds four minute time limit (deduct 10 points)
- Presentation not based on the Action Plan (deduct 50% of Subtotal)
- Props or costumes made from items not on the approved list (deduct 10 points)
- Coach or other adult involved (deduct 100% of Subtotal)
